REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY:A full refund minus a $50 administration fee will be issued prior to 30 days before a training or event. No refunds will be provided within 30 days of such an event for which the participant is registered. Although refunds will not be issued, substitutions can be made within 30 days of an event. Please note that all refund and substitution requests must be made in writing and emailed to the attention of the Executive Director at office@swanaontario.org.
