Winner of the SWANA Ontario Chapter Builder Award

Linda Churchill is the Senior Environmental Engineer for the Waste Management Division of the Regional Municipality of Waterloo. She has spent a total of 27 years for the Regional Municipality including four years in the design and construction division working on regional waste management capital projects and the last twenty-three years working in the Operations Division of Waste Management. Linda is the Past President of the Ontario SWANA Chapter, presiding as President over a challenging transitional stage in the Ontario Chapter. Linda took on the task of re-organizing the Chapter operations, engaging other Directors to assist in the many tasks needed to maintain and improve the Chapter’s operations. Linda is well respected in the waste industry with a passion for SWANA and its success and is more than deserving of the Chapter builder Award.
